Dionne Archie Thomas-Harper is an emerging authority on human-centered AI workforce transformation, an executive advisor, workforce architect, and certified executive coach whose career spans Fortune 500, PE-backed, and nonprofit organizations.
She has spent her career partnering with CEOs, boards, and executive teams at the moments that define the future of their organizations, leading through growth, transformation, leadership transition, and the kind of complexity that does not come with a playbook. Her board service and governance experience give her a perspective that few advisors can bring to the table.
Today she leverages that experience and her business psychology background to advise leaders and organizations on navigating the future of work responsibly, using AI as a catalyst for both business advancement and human development.

Dionne is Co-Lead of Hacking HR's new Chicagoland Chapter, a member of the Executives Club of Chicago, a mentor at the Oak Park River Forest Business Incubator, and a proud partner with SkillUp, whose mission is to make quality skills training and career development accessible to every learner navigating the changing world of work. She is based in Illinois and works with leaders across the country.
