I founded Elevate HR Strategic Partners with a vision to bridge the gap between today’s workplace realities and tomorrow’s leadership needs. Having served as a Chief People Officer and trusted advisor to executives and boards, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges organizations face during times of transition, growth, and disruption.
My goal is to provide leaders with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to succeed — whether through executive coaching, board advisory, or HR strategy solutions. Each engagement is designed to be tailored, actionable, and impactful, meeting leaders where they are and equipping them for what comes next.
This work is deeply personal to me. It combines my passion for leadership development, my research in the future of work and AI, and my belief that strong leadership is the cornerstone of thriving organizations.
